I popped in for a quick dessert with my mother after having dinner and we could not leave without buying more to take home for later. Although they do have typical favorite flavors like red velvet and vanilla, they have some truly inventive and unique combinations. The guava and cheese is evidently a favorite of pretty much everybody. I was glad to grab the last one because my mother loves anything with guava. Although creative flavors are what draw you in, the way they bake a MOIST cupcake is what keeps the flavors from becoming redundant and overwhelming. Also, they do not just flavor the cake batter and add some frosting on top; they fill the cake part with guava paste. I love the fact that they do not even fill them the typical way (a strip injected into the middle). This bakery goes the extra step and splits the cake horizontally to make sure you get guava paste in EVERY bite. We also tried the cotton candy cupcake because it was decorated too adorably not to. I have tried cotton candy flavored cupcakes, cake pops and even frozen yogurt in the past, and what I noticed [with disappointment] is they all tasted like they had just added cotton candy flavor extract to the item and that was the extent of it. Needless to say, that DOES become overwhelmingly sweet a couple of bites in. At Treatz, both the frosting and the cake worked so well together that I still cannot tell if it is only one of the two that tastes like actual cotton candy... But it's a safe bet to say it's somehow a complimentary combination of both, without turning out to be sickeningly sweet. You can also buy frozen yogurt, cheesecake bites (which I'm dying to try) and coffee, as well as a customized cake for any event; as soon as I left, I told my friend about how great their cupcakes are and that in a few months, she MUST order her baby shower cake from them. They cater to any event. Not only do they have different flavored liquors (for their coffees? Maybe for their vanilla rum flavored cupcake?), but they also have a little red velvet curtain-covered display case labeled adults only. So if you are in need of a novelty cake that is also worth eating, you know where to go. I was also informed by the owner that they have savory flavors like BBQ pork, chicken wings and even caprese salad. I don't know about you, but they sound like the perfect summer BBQ/guys-guy dessert.

Adorable place, that's well-decorated, has a large variety of cupcake flavors and friendly staff. We've been going here for a couple years, and we've been disappointed as the quality has continued downhill. I'm not sure if they've gotten new recipes or just new bakers, but we've ordered the same cupcake several times and gotten completely different cupcakes. When we first started going there, the cookies and creme had an actual cookie baked inside, and it now just has creme inside. Another had a Hershey kiss baked inside and now it's just chocolate sauce or nothing inside. Without the fun things like cookies and kisses, most of their cupcakes don't standout from any other cupcake place. The unique flavors are still the best in my opinion- the pistachio/almond remains delicious. The chocolate chip red velvet is also good, as is the guava and cheese. The butter pecan has a good frosting, though the cake itself isn't very flavorful. They have other dessert and drink options as well, and I like that there's regular and mini cupcake options to try different things. If they get back to more consistent in their baking again, they'll be 5-stars!

Lemon cupcakes are the bomb! Inventive and tasty treats. Red velvet was a little flat, but icing was delicious.

We came in here and bought 6 different mini cupcakes. Some flavors we liked, others we didn't. The vanilla rum cake was good but the snickers one we didn't like. I will try them again.

They were super nice and even let us try a mini cupcake for free. The cupcakes are delicious!

The place itself was like a fairytale, very pink. Which is my favorite color. Down to the cupcakes... There was a large variety of cupcakes when we entered. But the ones that caught my eyes were the cotton candy and red velvet. After much decision, we decided to try the vanilla cookie and cream, French Toast, cotton candy, and red velvet. The vanilla one honestly tasted average, like any cupcake you can get at a supermarket. The red velvet was one of my favorite, reason being it was very flavorful and the icing was delicious. The French toast was by far my favorite, from the icing down to the cake itself. It felt like I was eating breakfast in the form of a dessert. It was savory. The cotton candy was very unique but it tasted very good I love the flavor of the icing it was just like eating cotton candy. I will definitely be going back for the French Toast one.

My friends got me these cupcakes for my birthday. They ordered a custom assortment of flavors and when they showed up to pick them up the entire order was wrong. The employee told my friends to come back later that day and they would replace the cupcakes for a new corrected dozen. When my friend came back there were only 6 and they were still the wrong flavors.

The people who work here are so fun! They joked and played around with each other & me, all the while still serving me nicely. I ordered a 6pack of mini cupcakes. I forget all the flavors I picked, but some were cappuccino, pistachio, and snickers surprise. There's also a free mini cupcake with a Yelp check-in. I couldn't decide between two, so I said I'd just take both & pay for one. She gave me the extra one for free. :) All of them were so yummy! Snickers surprise was the best. Very chocolatey and moist and just so good. The menu says "gourmet teas," but it's really just regular teas in k-cups. Ehh. I'd come back for the cupcakes, though!

I left the cupcakes out for a day and when I ate it the next day I had the worst pain in my stomach. Might have gone bad. But left my stomach feeling terrible for at least 2 hours. Had to attempt throwing up but nothing happened. Sucks it had to happen right after I ate the snickers cupcake.

Love this place! The location is quite sketchy to be honest but the actual store makes up for it. I try to come here often because it's a mom and pop business & I love supporting local shoppes. The cupcakes range from sizes mini to large and there's a TON of flavors. If you are in the mood to try new flavors, I suggest you get the mini cupcakes because they're the perfect size. My favorite flavors are the red velvet and the pistachio. It also depends on the time you come too, I've come at night time and the cupcakes are stale and then I've come in the afternoon and they were fresh. I've tried their coffee which isn't all that good. Don't let the location set you off, because this place is definitely worth checking out. Enjoy your cupcakes!

The place is small but the food is good oops the cupcakes are good lots of flavors to choose they have big ones and mini but the mini you would need about a dozen. worth a try as a quick pick me up with a glass of cold milk

These are the lightest fluffiest cupcakes you will ever eat. The owner Lisa is super nice and accommodating. This is NOT a chain or a franchise. Everything is made fresh everyday! Went to check it out to look into cupcakes for a 50th bday celebration. Their website had been hacked yesterday by some type of criminals. Lisa was going through a lot. And yet willing to be so helpful and accommodating. We should ALL support small local business. I ordered the mini cupcakes just to sample today. Larger order coming on the weekend. They were amazing!!!! Order your cupcakes and cakes from here. Truly homemade and delicious. Really wish them success!!!

I ordered a dozen of cupcakes for a friend a week before. I arranged to pick them up on a certain night, went to call them to ask to pick them up the next day instead - they lost my order! They asked for me to call them the next morning because it might've been misplaced. I called and they confirmed the order with me. So when I went to pick them up, I didn't check the flavors as they had confirmed it on the phone. To my dismay, they gave me all the wrong flavors and I had already gone home! After not only losing the order but also confirming it over the phone! I called and they agreed to box the flavors that I wanted, which were all variety, as my friend was able to come by and pick the "right" flavors up. My friend gets there, and they continue to give her the same crappy flavors we got before! Not only that, they only gave us 6 more cupcakes. Did it really hurt to give us another 6, after all of our inconvenience? That does not bode well for a business. They had so many cupcakes just sitting in the cases, it's not like they were flying off the shelves to give us another few more. This experience will not have me returning. My friend is a cupcake lover but clearly with this poor customer service I should've never branched out to a different place knowing I would be treated like this.

We used Royal Treatz for our wedding cake. It was PHENOMENAL! First off, when we booked our wedding reception site we had an included cake with a very highly reviewed bakery in Miami. My now husband, mother, and i went to the store front of that bakery and were treated like second rate citizen and the cake was stale. My husband and i had previously decided if nothing goes right at the wedding that the cake had to be on point. Considering how well the place that we had been "assigned" was recommended, we played the game and talked over the design that we wanted with one of the receptionists to see if it was worth it since it was included in the reception cost. the owner wanted an additional $1400 on top of the cut that she would have already been making from the contract with the reception hall. I obviously walked out. We then went to the bakery that my parents had their cake made by 20 years ago. Although the website said walk in "anytime," they only took appointments at the particular storefront that we went to as i was rudely told by the young woman behind the counter. FINALLY after what seemed like a never ending uphill battle to get a decent cake for our wedding, while in the parking lot of the second bakery, i found Royal Treatz on a google search and saw that it was only 5 or so miles from where i was and figured "whats the worst that could happen?" My husband and i originally wanted a white cake exterior with a red velvet interior. After doing a tasting at Royal Treatz we were in love with all the flavors. they had snicker flavor, guava con queso, thin mint like, salted caramel, pistachio and the list went on. at least 20 different flavors. Again, we KNEW we wanted red velvet.... until we had the butter pecan. OH EM GEE!! We ended up doing a four their cake, two red velvet and two butter pecan. Here's the kicker.. to surprise my then fiancé, i asked the store to sprinkle BACON in the frosting of the butter pecan layers. they didn't even bat an eye lash at my strange request. Our guests are still raving about our cake two weeks later. It was wonderful. Royal Treatz did the cake i dreamed of for about $700. That included 24 red velvet cupcakes, a 4 tier 100 person wedding cake, and delivery to South Miami. Everyone i meet in the tri-county area will know about Royal Treatz if i have anything to do with it. I will be a returning customer as much as physically possible. Thank you for making my cake what i dreamed it would have been. You really made the evening!

Been here before and everyone seemed really nice except for this last time. Came here and was told to call a few days in advance to order a cake. Keep in mind I called 3 days ahead like they said last time I was in the store. I needed a cake for Sunday and was asked to speak to April. Spoke to her and the only words out of her mouth was "too late". I was confused at first what she was saying then asked her to clarify. She said too many orders for Sunday can't do it. She then hung up not even saying"sorry I can't do it" or anything along those lines. What ever happened to a little something called customer service. If you can't you can't but speak to customers with respect. Not going there anymore!!!

I was desperate for some cupcakes & came across this place a while back (Before I learned about Misha's Cupcakes) and was excited to taste some cupcakes. Pretty nice flavor options. I got cotton candy, pistachio, chocolate, guava, red velvet & vanilla & honestly, they did not taste good at all. As a Culinary student, these cupcakes were not only decorated poorly but they lacked in flavor that they tasted like a boxed cupcake from Betty Crocker. I was so disappointed. Sorry not sorry.

I have had my share of cupcakes... And these were disappointing. The taste and consistency of these cupcakes truly had me wondering if they were box mix cupcakes with a few added ingredients. Also, I've never seen a cupcake shop use the plain paper-thin grocery store liners... Not that that's a deal-breaker, but it screams Betty Crocker rather than cupcake bakery! We had the following flavors (all in the normal cupcake size) & here are my thoughts: Butter Pecan- Why does it look so sloppy!? I ordered it anyway. It was a little too sweet, but still ok. Cake tasted like straight vanilla, not like butter pecan, as I was told. Margarita- Strange cupcake. Said it was made with tequila but I couldn't tell at all. Mostly just tasted like slightly citrusy vanilla. Meh. Red Velvet- Good.. Standard red velvet.. Nothing to write home about. Chocolate Peanut Butter- Ehh... The icing had a hint of peanut butter flavor, but mostly just tasted like sugar. Cotton Candy- Cutest cupcake in the case... Unfortunately it was the worst cupcake we've ever had. My bf went to take a bite and stopped to sniff it, and said it smelled funny. I sniffed, and he was right. Honestly it did not smell edible, that's the best way I can describe it... Not rotten or anything, just not like food. The icing tasted like absolutely nothing... Not even just sweet.... I can't describe it. The cake tasted borderline fruity, but not even that.. It weirded us out & we didn't finish it. I am saving the best for last. FRENCH TOAST- This cupcake is the saving grace of one-starring Royal Treatz... It was absolutely delicious! The cake and the icing were both cinnamon-y and delicious, and the cake was very moist. If I ever went back, I would just get a couple French Toast and call it a day.

Just stopped into get a dozen mini cupcakes to bring to a BBQ. The employees are so so so nice. I had the butter pecan mini cupcake while I was there. It is very yummy. the cupcakes have the perfect density to them. Lots of different flavors. Seriously the guy who helped me was so nice (which lately seems harder and harder to come by). Pricing is below competitors cost for a dozen. I will definitely be coming back.

I'm giving it four stars, but I'm not sure if it deserves that many? Staff was nice. Pistachio cupcake was very good and prices were inexpensive. Other cupcakes tasted good. I'm just not sure about the ingredients. Do they use hydrogenated oils or is this Betty Crocker cake mix in bulk (for example)? I would like to see an obvious placement with disclosure of the core ingredients, especially where additives are concerned. This is the era we live in. Perhaps it was there, but I didn't see it. On Sunday early afternoon, they were sold out of the majority of their cupcakes so that was disappointing.

My favorite is the salted caramel and really it's the only flavor I truly love. I've had almost every flavor there and the others are beautiful but just ok to me. Today they were out of that because someone just came in and bought 100 of them. Had pumpkin citrus which was ok.

I recently purchased some cupcakes for my daughters birthday . When I placed the order several days before the service could have been better . I was the only one in the place and I had to wait to place my order . I wasn't too bothered by that because they let me and my daughters taste several mini cupcakesfor free . When my wife made the pickup she said they were very nice to her . Everyone raved about the cupcakes so I would recommend Royal Treats to everyone !!

Driving down Pines Boulevard, approaching University, I spied a small sign near Outback with large cupcake that exclaimed "Royal Treatz Now Open" (!!!), so as gracefully as I could, I slammed the brakes and made a hard right into the shopping center. WE FINALLY HAVE A CUPCAKERY!! The space is actually quite large, with hot pink walls and black and white patterned tile, and fit for any princess (of any age =]) Since it was my first time, I opted for a dozen mini cupcakes - $0.99 each, but just about $10 for a dozen. I walked in on a random Tuesday afternoon, and they had about 15 different flavors to choose from. There was a great variety, and I ended up getting some staples (red velvet, carrot, vanilla) and some more fun flavors (cookies n' creme, Coca-Cola, s'mores). These are solid cupcakes (maybe not the best ever, but certainly delicious). I shared them with six of my family members, and they all loved them. These would be a great gift to take over to a house or dinner party, because they are so different. They also had non-cupcake treats, plus a few savory choices as well. They even had gluten free cupcakes available, which is pretty awesome. New flavors are introduced every weekend, and I believe they have something like 100 different flavors in the repertoire. This is such a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. I can't wait to go back!

I like this place a lot! I stop by here when I'm on my way to my client's house and I always try to get something different. Last time I went I got a red velvet cupcake and a banana nutella cupcake. What I like about these guys is that they sell small cupcakes.. and I am the kind of that will crave sweets but not a lot of it. I buy two small cupcakes and am totally set, I actually kind of have to force myself to eat the last bite of sugary goodness (trust me, I don't crave that much). I hate frosting, except cream cheese frosting, ESPECIALLY these guys' cream cheese frosting. It's almost salty and I love it. You gotta check them out!

Yummy! Stopped here for dessert since I'm the kind of person that almost always has to have sweets after my lunch or dinner. It was around 5pm when I stopped by so I was a little apprehensive that the cupcakes wouldn't taste very fresh. Thankfully, I was wrong! I was greeted very kindly by the owner as soon as I walked in. Their establishment is certainly very VERY girlie. The walls are like a bubble gum pink and they have a lot glitz and cuteness pasted on every wall and corner. Lol. It's tacky but I didn't care! I'm there to eat! I decided to go for the dozen mini cupcakes option (will run you a little over $11). I was so so happy that they had at least 15 different flavors to sample at your disposal. I wanted to try as many as I could! Keep in mind that the mini cupcakes are bite size! Maybe two bites if you really want to savor them :D The flavors I tried were: Butter Pecan, Carrot, Cookies and Cream (vanilla), Guava & Cheese, Lemon Blossom, Pistachio Almond, Red Velvet, Snickers Surprise, Vanilla Rum, and Pumpkin. Absolute Favorite: Guava & Cheese Least Favorite: Pistachio Almond The mini cupcakes were not stale at all! They were very moist and delicious! The frosting was also creamy and sweet for all of them! Every time I savored a new flavor I couldn't wait to try the next one because they were so good! As mentioned, the guava was my favorite. I would get a full size dozen of these next time! I love pistachio flavored anything, but I was very disappointed in the flavor for this cupcake. It just tasted weird. It wasn't a good mix. Would not be trying that one again. I cannot wait to go back and order some more cupcakes! I'm definitely going to recommend this place to my friends and family. Two thumbs up! Yummy!

This place is cute!!! I would never put my foot on my brakes for a cup cake store, but it happens to be next door to Pho 78 and as my Yits had not had a satisfactory lunch, I decided to treat them to some cupcakes to make up for it. I love this place, it even has a private party section. It would be GREAT if you guys did some high tea's there on the weekend, with cucumber and cress sandwiches and Earl Grey...just saying :) Well, we ordered three full size red velvet cupcakes and three mini Oreo's cookies and cream and after checking in on Yelp, I scored a free mini for myself so I chose the Lemon Drop...omg...it had lemoncello cream in the middle...I DIED. It was super yummy. The cake itself was very moist and full of flavour. This from the youngest Yit: "The cookies and cream had toppings of crushed oreos and on the inside was swirled oreo cookie filling which tasted like chocolate inside a brownie." This place is an active bakery and you can get glimpses into the kitchen and decorating areas... as I was paying, a lady walked out from the kitchen with a HUGE penis shaped cake, which she promptly raised high in the air once she saw my kids....and I laughed.

My mom took me here this past weekend all excited about having a cupcake place in her area. Needless to say I'll be sticking to my cupcake places in Miami. Yes, while they do have a plethora of flavors (from irish car bomb to baked mac & cheese), they have a funny taste to them. For instance, the candy cotton cupcake, the frosting tasted almost exactly like cotton candy, but the cake had a funky taste to it. It also seemed like they didn't have one thing to focus on. There were cupcakes, cakes, frozen yogurt, and adult candies.

Finally I've found a little piece of Heaven near my home in Pembroke Pines!!! I consider myself a dessert connoisseur. I know my sweets: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Royal Treatz definitely falls in the "good" category! The store is located in a strip mall on the corner of Pines Blvd and University. Their hours of operation are phenomenal. I was having a horrible day this past weekend and I called them to confirm their closing hour of 10pm. I was able to head over to the store and pick out from some of their yumminess! They have a wide arrangement of cupcakes to choose from. I've been here 2 weekends in a row and that's saying something. The store is decorated in an abundance of pink. That I can't deny. Their party room would be perfect for a little princess party. So much so that it makes me wish I had a child so that I could host a party there. How crazy is that!!! They have a nice little deal where you can purchase 6 mini cupcakes for $5.99 so you have the ability to taste a variety of the flavors in a tiny bite size. They do have a minimum $5 on your credit card in order to use it though. If you purchase the 6 mini cupcakes then you'll be fine. I didn't want to get that many on my 1st visit and luckily I had cash. That was the only downside for me but I understand their reasoning behind it. I'm all for supporting my local businesses. Times are hard out there so if I can save them a few dollars by paying with cash instead of the credit card, I'm all for it. Based on my 2 visits, my favorites so far are guava & cheese, salted caramel, vanilla cookie, and black knight! The red velvet is their best seller but I've never really cared for the flavor so it didn't do it for me but if you're a red velvet fan, I'm sure you'll love it. The cupcakes are all moist and flavorful, not overly sweet. This is what makes them such a hit with me. The guy that works in the front is really nice too! He's funny and helps you make the best decision in fulfilling your cupcake desires! Best of all, you get a free mini cupcake when you check in on your Yelp app! SCORE!!!! I know my desserts people and I will never steer you wrong! If you can't take my word for it then my advice is to try it for yourself and see if you like it! They also offer frozen yogurt, milkshakes, and flavored cotton candy. I haven't tried any of those yet but please believe that I will be doing so in the near future! Their slogan is "stressed is desserts spelled backwards." That was a selling point for me b/c Lord knows I can tear up some sweets when I'm stressed. Hell, I can even do so when I'm happy! Either way, Royal Treatz is a winner in my book. Sorry Mischa's. I no longer have a desire to drive to Miami Lakes or Aventura for some cupcakes because Royal Treatz delivers!

They actually close at 9pm. They were really nice and the cupcakes are delicious. I had the cookies and cream and my friends had a guva and a French toast cupcake. Everyone loves their cupcakes! I am happy that they let us come in after they closed. The store is super cute! Looks like I found a new cupcake place.

Delish!! Bf and I stopped in, enroute to a birthday celebration and decided to take some cupcakes based on the reviews here. I'm glad we did. Evan came out right away, made his recommendations, and hooked us up with our mini cupcakes thanks to Yelp's check-in. He served us up his favorites (by request), and then we decided that we couldn't wait until after dinner to try 'em. After sitting to indulge, Janelle brought us some napkins to help hide the evidence that we were cheating before dinner... plus we were bickering over who's cupcake tasted better and sharing the lemon-lime with rum specialty. The salted caramel was great!! Delish!! And even better? We needed a candle, and Evan graciously provided us with one. Moist, delicious, flavorful, easily-hidden, before-dinner treats, with top-rated service. Yummy!!!

This is by far the WORST cupcake place in all of South Florida! I hate Misha's but Royal Treatz takes the cake. You walk in and I think a 4-year-old off of Toddlers and Tiaras threw up. Pink walls, glitter everywhere. Ugh. They have ice cream, shakes, cupcakes and so much other things that it shouldn't even be called a "cupcakery". They have a lot of cupcakes, a lot. The Sunday I went in there were about 20 flavors, they come in both regular size and mini. Which is good, if they're cupcakes were good. When I got there I wanted 3 cupcakes, Dulce de Leche, Red Velvet and their "Irish Car Bomb". The Boyfriend decided to be adventurous and ordered a plethora of flavors. I'll give you a couple that will NEVER make it in my list. Salted Caramel - why I thought it'd be like Sprinkles' Salted Caramel I don't know. I bit into it and the frosting was like a puree of salt while the cake tasted like Pepto-Bismol. The Red Velvet was this dry-salty cake with cream cheese. Needless to say, The Boyfriend and I bought 24, we ate 5 between us, we ended up throwing it out the window for fear of food poisoning. I still laugh at the comment the girl behind the counter made, "the girls from Misha's actually came to work for us", I DOUBT IT!

Went in after having lunch at a nearby restaurant. I had purchased the 6 mini-cupcakes, which comes out to about $7 bucks. I had chosen pistachio, red velvet, vanilla cookies and cream and vanilla rum. The pistachio was so delicious and the vanilla rum was a goody. My sisters ate the others, which they enjoyed. The cupcakes were so moist and fresh! I would definitely go back when I am in the area!

If not for the great taste I would have stopped going to this spot. When this place first opened up, the interior was clean and service great. In the past year it seems to have gone downhill; the cases are hardly ever full, the cakestands a bit untidy and even the cupcakes look disheveled. I ordered the black knight today and it caved in within 5 minutes of being in the package. Maybe Cupcake Wars has made me a bit more critical.

Hmmm... where to start? So my motivation to go here was a recommendation from a friend. I now question his taste buds. I for one dont like the decor. There is just too much going on. Now why on earth do they sell minis and who buys them? One bite and they are gone. So I opted for full sized cupcakes. I cant remember all the flavors I got, but I judge bakeries by their red velvet, so I ordered two. Big mistake. All their cupcakes taste the same and the red velvet lacked flavor including the frosting. I'm sad that I have to eat the 2nd one. No one wants it. lol. Publix has better red velvet and better cupcakes with individual flavors. I'll take my business elsewhere. But, I did enjoy my free mini for checking in :)

$6 something for six mini cupcakes for a dessert made with REAL icing?! Unbeatable. I feel like I'm really eating healthy home-made cupcakes! Makes me want to plan my future daughter's birthday party in their cute store. There's a wide variety of flavors. Guava cheese is the best cupcake I've ever had! My favorite places in one plaza! so rare. Massage at Yin Yang Spa, Noodles at Pho 78. I could die tomorrow! So perfect.

I judge a cupcake place by their red velvet cupcake. With that said I enjoyed Royal Treatz. My red velvet cupcake was moist and had just the right amount of frosting. We also tried the cookies and cream (YUMMY), butter pecan (oh so yummy), rocky road (ok, it tasted like German chocolate cake) and turtle (lots of caramel and yummy). The display cases are a little annoying and tall and the place itself needs a little pick me up. But as long as the cupcakes are good I'll keep going there. We've gone there twice and it's been slow. I hope it sticks around to feed my cupcake need!!!!!

Best cupcakes dudes - hands down! There are always a ton of flavors. My favorites are S'Mores, Oreo, and Snickers. There was an AMAZING Thanksgiving cupcake - Cranberry and stuffing! Sounds gross, but it was awesome! Try the crazy cupcakes in mini form first to decide if you love 'em or not. Go for the big ones for your faves!!! Some flavors are a miss, but if you let them know, and more people agree, they change their recipe and really take what the customers say to heart. Edited on 10/2/12 to add - My sister ordered a Winnie the Pooh cake for our other sisters baby shower. It came out PERFECT! The cake tasted incredible (we actually went with grandma's spice cake, which EVERYONE loved) and it was beautiful. I was a bit surprised at the price to begin with (I have never dealt with fancy schmancy fondant cakes), but when we shopped around their rate was the same or slightly lower than competing bakeries. We even asked our cousin who makes cakes out in CA how much she would've charged, and her price was a hundred bucks over what we paid!

Was on pines and saw a sign with a cupcake on it. Had to check it out. Very nicely decorated - and they had about 15 different types - Snickers, mojito, red velvet, white velvet... They were awesome. Really great coffee, my daughter had frozen yogurt. Great family place, good atmosphere. Reasonable prices... Nothing like it that I have found!

So.... The lure of cupcakes was what it took to get the old lady out of bed. Went there and bought a dozen mini cupcakes. Definately a fan and I'm sure well BOTH be going back ALOT.

I found this place on Yelp and I have been a fan ever since! I decided to check out Royal Treatz a few months ago and every time I'm in the area I always stop by to buy a dozen mini cupcakes. The pricing of their products is a bargain compared to other bakeries that specialize in cupcakes. They always have a wide variety of mini and regular sized cupcakes on hand which makes just choosing 12 flavors tricky. The employees are super friendly. On my first visit I met Evan and he was super helpful and patient with my many questions regarding their products. During my last visit, the owner mentioned that they would be expanding their store to include a party room next door! I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion. Their products are great and the store is decorated to match their royal theme. My favorite flavor is the pink velvet. Definitely give it a try when you visit. Also, if you check in on Yelp you get a free mini cupcake. That is definitely an offer you can't refuse!

I recently special ordered Pink Velvet Cupcakes with their signature Carmel Salted Frosting for my first baby shower and...... OMG HOW AMAZING!!!! Everyone who attended my baby shower could not stop raving about how delicious the cupcakes were. I am so happy that we finally have a got-to Cupcake shoppe in Pembroke Pines. I recommend Royal Treatz for any event of any craving. Such friendly people that are so excited and proud of their product. What great service and what wonderful cupcakes! -Bridgette

the best cupcakes in south florida! they have a wide variety of cupcakes to chose from. they also have cookies, custom cakes for any occasion (big or small), coffee and frozen yogurt with the biggest topping bar! the shoppe gives off a very nice welcoming family atmosphere and great customer service. great prices on every thing they offer and not to mention the different sized cupcakes. (cuppies, cuplets, and cupcakes) :) i'll definitely recommend this place to anyone! :D

The chocolate peanut butter cupcake was fantastic! They also have chocolate covered bacon which was interesting and good but would be better if the bacon was crispier.

Various special flavors of cup cakes with mini or regular sizes. The cake is very fluffy and not too sweet, the frosting brings in the real sweetness. The flavors combination they have are very interesting and attempting, and they do have some classic ones like red velvet. it could be hard to decide among. The mini size is pretty much a one-bite size, nice treat for after meal. If you are craving for a real sweet they may not be the best choice. Haven't tried those with chocolate ingredient, ( which can be very tricky if the chocolate itself is not a good one, it can be just a taste of milky bold sweet.) maybe it can be an option. Very affortable. 3.5 Star.

Loooove them! Right down the street from my job, yummy, lots of variety and a cute party room. I swear I'm contemplating having my own birthday party there lol. They also have excellent cake decorating classes. Nominate them for Cupcake Wars :)

Not impressed. The owner was snappy at her worker while customers were in the store. I felt uncomfortable and walked out.

My favorite is the salted caramel and really it's the only flavor I truly love. I've had almost every flavor there and the others are beautiful but just ok to me. Today they were out of that because someone just came in and bought 100 of them. Had pumpkin citrus which was ok.

Hmmm... where to start?

MAJOR RIP-OFF. I sampled their cupcakes at an event and decided to order from them for a party I was throwing. I didn't shop around the area first as I just wanted to get this item crossed off my list - this was my mistake. I met with a cupcake decorator to describe exactly what I was looking for. Nothing too intricate; just 50 mini cupcakes for a child's birthday party (with a truck theme). I knew it would be expensive, but I wanted them to be done well so I thought spending a little extra would be worth it. NOT THE CASE. The up-charges were out of control! I paid extra for "special paper cups" to match the theme - when I picked them up, they were just in regular cups to match the color of the cupcakes. When I inquired about why I had to pay extra for plain black on chocolate, plain white on vanilla (exactly what I'm sure they would've be in if I hadn't paid extra), the girl just said "well, they are different colors and they match your color scheme." Really? I was also told that they would make an extra special cupcake for the birthday boy - which they didn't do. When I asked about THAT, she just took one of the cupcakes in the back and threw some sprinkles on it. Basically, I spent $85 on some mini cupcakes that I could've gotten from Publix for less than half of that. There was nothing exciting or special about them. I don't feel that I got what was promised. Really disappointed and won't be returning.

I?m not sure why the bad reviews! I went, a little skeptical, after reading the reviews, and decided to try every flavor. We got 2 dozen minis - with at least one of every flavor and I have to say, there were a couple of mediocre flavors, but the majority were really good! I wish I remembered every flavor that we enjoyed, but there were too many. It's easier for me to recall the mediocre ones as there were only 2 or 3. If you are a red velvet fan, don't bother with the one here. I also thought their salted caramel was a little lacking. All the cupcakes were moist and flavorful, nicely decorated and the icing was just the way I like it - not overly sweet, light and complimentary to the flavor of the cake. I promise to update this review once I get a chance to go back again and call out my faves!

I find it very odd that this place has so many good reviews.. I went to this place with a friend today because we were on a mission to find a cupcake place..so we drove out here thinking we'd struck gold. Wrong. We ordered a dozen mini cupcakes..I think the only one that was good was the guava cheese. The almond pistachio tasted like almond, the red velvet was, well, not red velvet, and the very last one we had was absolutely disgusting, the salted caramel. The icing was like straight SALT, I had to spit it out. Most of the cupcakes were hard and lacking in any flavor. I thought this place was so cool because there aren't any other cupcake places for miles around and I was so disappointed when their cupcakes turned out to be a waste of time, money, and calories. The guy that worked there said that people were coming there instead of Misha's in North Miami and I find that hard to believe and I've never even been to Misha's. These cupcakes were very bad. I will never come back here.

Such a home coziness to it. I will definitely be back and definitely be referring people to this place!

Royal Treatz is delicious. I wouldnt say its the best ever, but it is delicious and addicting. they always have new flavors to try, my favorite is almond pistachio. Best effin' (can I say that on yelp? Oh well, I did!) cupcakes EVER!! The Red velvet cupcakes are the best I've ever had, and I know red velvet. This place is a must try, I go every week and now have people from Palm beach coming to this place. The vanilla bliss and golden Oreo cupcake are heaven too. I've never had a problem with the staff before (but then again as long as they don't sell out of red velvet we won't have any :) ) and they seem very helpful and happy. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try. They came in 2nd place in the chocolate festival at Nova!!

So excited to have a cupcakery in the neighborhood!! I paid $42 for 48 mini cupcakes. Sweet price ($9.99/dozen). Love the plastic cupcake boxes! No tipped cupcakes or smashed frosting! So here's the items I considered in my score: Friendly Staff: Check. Evan was GREAT! He gave me directions patiently and was super friendly in the store when I picked up my cupcakes. There was some lady leaving when I came in, I think an owner or manager, who sort of was barking orders at the employee...meh, I'll allow it. Nice storefront: A-Ok. Not THE cutest but pretty cute for a little bakery. I also had a love-hate relationship with the super tall cupcake display cases. The employee was hidden behind them and we couldn't talk face to face. Slightly awkard. Cute display, though. I'd like to see better lighting and signage by the sale counter. Cupcake variety: Almost over the top. So much variety, though! It was nice to have choices. I really liked that they had mini and regular sized cupcakes available in every flavor. Mastery of cupcake flavors: On a scale of 1-10, I'll give a 6.5. Flavors tried: Smores: Perfection! Loved it. Lemon: Amazing. Loved the clean lemon-y flavor. Didn't love the lemon candy on top, but easy enough to get rid of. Coconut Fudge: Yum, yum! Very good. The flavors meshed in a deliciously unexpected way. Salted Caramel: How to describe. I wasn't in love, but I think if I had a craving for a salty-sweet it would really do the trick. Dark Knight: pretty good. very rich and full-flavored. Snickers: alright. I didn't really feel like I was eating a Snickers. Pina Colada: Meh. It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Mojito: Gross. I actually spit it out. The flavors didn't complement each other but rather the cake, frosting, and what I think was candied ginger all kind of interrupted each other. Price, as it relates to the purchase: Good value! I was very pleased with the price I paid for what I got. Quite yummy cupcakes, quite reasonable price.

So perfect.

-Bridgette

3.5 Star.

I will definitely be going back for the French Toast one.

the best cupcakes in south florida! they have a wide variety of cupcakes to chose from. they also have cookies, custom cakes for any occasion (big or small), coffee and frozen yogurt with the biggest topping bar! the shoppe gives off a very nice welcoming family atmosphere and great customer service. great prices on every thing they offer and not to mention the different sized cupcakes. (cuppies, cuplets, and cupcakes) :) i'll definitely recommend this place to anyone! :D

Not impressed. The owner was snappy at her worker while customers were in the store. I felt uncomfortable and walked out.

The cupcakes are so good. Our favorites salt caramel, vanilla cookies and cream, and Black Forest. Sooooooo good. Highly recommend.

Sorry i am reviewing this place so late.. we Loved it! I held my daughters 13th birthday here on august 3rd. I purchased their cupcake decorating package and rented the party room for 4 hours. There was about 10 kids. The truly loved it, the cupcakes were delicious and the party room was beautiful.. I was able to decorate it the way i wanted and it was a hit! If you need to book a party do it here. Specially for your teenagers, they are so difficult lol. :)

Yummy!

My favorite is the salted caramel and really it's the only flavor I truly love. I've had almost every flavor there and the others are beautiful but just ok to me. Today they were out of that because someone just came in and bought 100 of them. Had pumpkin citrus which was ok.

Hmmm... where to start?
